DR. William e. carroll
MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND
Created to honor Dr. Carroll’s generosity and his legacy of helping others. He dedicated his life to the health and welfare of the citizens of Greenwich and surrounding towns and we thought this would be a fitting tribute.
